Virginia Nursery

My partner and I recently visited your amazing nursery for the very first time and we were totally blown away by not only the range of products, the cleanliness, the prices but overall the level of service offered by your staff.
Extra credit must be saved for Barrie, from the garden section who went out of his way to listen and give us valuable guidance with what plants we could use or plants we shouldn’t use considering our requirements.

He took time to listen to what we were trying to achieve and realised very quickly that we were very much “newbies”.
His suggestions made our job so much easier and he even showed photos of his own garden as it reflected very closely to what we were also trying to achieve.
When we asked about pots he explained that the “normal guy” was not available but proceeded to help us choose the pots by giving more valuable information.
He explained the system we would have to follow to pick up the pots and once again we understood and knew what to do.

He spent quite bit of time with us and nothing seemed too hard for him as he proceeded to walk all over the nursery showing other plants we could purchase.

The great service didn’t finish there either, upon reaching the checkout we were told about the benefits of the membership and were quickly sold on the idea and the process was quick and painless.
The checkout operator’s name, I think was Kylie, she was as good as Barrie and if all your staff are like this then I can understand why this nursery beats the others “hands down.”

Overall we really enjoyed our time there and have not stopped speaking about it to family and friends.
We both agree this will not be our last visit even considering that we live in the western suburbs and there are other establishments closer by….the overall experience has won us over.
